2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to the Ebestore mobile application and related services provided by Ebenet LLC.
3. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and user role (e.g., club, association, photographer, player). These may be created by an administrator on your behalf.
- Credentials: password (stored securely using industry-standard hashing; we never store plain-text passwords).
- App permissions you grant (optional):
- Camera: to capture photos/videos for upload if you are authorized.
- Photo Library: to select and upload media or save approved media to your device.
- Microphone (if recording video with audio).
- Usage data: basic technical events (e.g., login time, download actions) for security/audit and to ensure the service works as intended.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as precise location, financial information, or biometric identifiers) and we do not track users for advertising.
4. How we use the information
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access to media.
- Provide core features (browsing galleries, downloading authorized media, uploading where enabled).
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and support users.
5. Legal bases (if you are in the EEA/UK)
- Performance of a contract (to provide the app and its features).
- Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement).

6. Sharing of information

- Media and related data are stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS S3).
- Access is protected by authentication and role-based permissions.
- We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we aim to use industry best practices.

Your information may be processed and stored in data centers outside your country. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data in cross-border transfers.
9. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security logs). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
10. User-generated content
Only authorized users (e.g., photographers, admins) may upload content and must comply with our guidelines and applicable law. We may remove content that violates policies or rights.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, and to object or restrict certain processing.
